Allen Oelschlaeger
Entrepreneur Allen Oelschlaeger has an MBA from Wharton and over 20 years of experience as a corporate executive for such companies as Eli Lilly and Company, and Marquette Electronics. In 2000, he left the corporate world to develop business ventures and, since then, has founded several companies.
His success is based upon his commitment to sound business principles — exhaustive research, a rock-solid business plan and the application of state-of-the-art technology as the foundation for such ventures.
Allen is part of the marketing faculty at the University of Wisconsin – teaching Principles of Marketing and Entrepreneurial Marketing.
One of Allen’s businesses is focused on providing Information Marketing support services to specific business niches. Through this business, Allen met Gary Klugiewicz who introduced him to Dave Young and Dr. Thompson and which ultimately led to the formation of Vistelar.
Allen believes in the marketing principles put forth by Dan Kennedy, an internationally renowned consultant to small businesses who has grown many ideas into successful businesses. He attended the first Info Marketing Summit in 2004 and the fifth annual summit in 2008 and is a passionate student and practitioner of Information Marketing.
In recent years, Gary has had a strong association with Dr. Thompson which has led to Vistelar obtaining the exclusive rights to all of Verbal Judo Institute’s intellectual property.
