June 5, 2014, Milwaukee, Wis. — The Beyond Conflict 2014 conference has received the title sponsorship support of another Wisconsin-based company, 425, Inc.

425, Inc. is a company that produces a line of personal safety lighting products which was initially created for law enforcement professionals, and is now being used by emergency responders, and for workplace and personal safety. These Guardian Angel lighting devices are warning lights attached directly to uniforms to enhance the wearer’s visibility in dark or unsafe conditions.

The partnership is a natural match, said Kati Tillema, Director of Operations for Vistelar and Beyond Conflict 2014 organizer. Law enforcement agencies have been strong supporters of Vistelar’s training and outreach, along with health care, education, government and military.

“We are excited for this opportunity because we share a commitment to bringing safe and professional solutions for those who must maintain their safety,” said Kati Tillema, Director of Operations for Vistelar and Beyond Conflict 2014 organizer.

Beyond Conflict 2014 will be held Nov. 6-8, 2014, in Louisville, KY. The conference provides training and networking opportunities that focus on professional and personal conflict management taught by the Vistelar Group. The conference, which brings in the group’s top national trainers, is open to the public.

“We are happy to sponsor the Vistelar Group’s Beyond Conflict 2014,” said Juan Gomez, president of 425, Inc. “The work we’re doing with this conference allows us to participate in an endeavor that represents our own company goal – increasing personal safety.”
