We often see the aftermath of a law enforcement conflict resulting in arrests. Here we are going to hear the story of a probation & parole officer talking a mother and son out of decisions that would land one or more of them in jail.

Watch Tim Wires using the Separate & Suture Tactic to separate two individuals involved in a domestic disturbance in his office. One the subjects are separated and talked with separately, they can be reunited with, hopefully, better outcomes. In this case, no one ended up in jail.
