Milwaukee-Based Start-Up Announces New CEO to Accelerate Rapid Growth

 

MILWAUKEE, Wis., Dec., 30, 2020 – Vistelar, a training and consulting institute focused on addressing the entire spectrum of human conflict, is kicking off 2021 with the announcement of a Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Ann Newman.  

“Ann Newman joined the Vistelar team in (July) 2020 (as the Vice President of Research and Development) and rapidly took over a leadership role.   Her appointment today as Vistelar’s CEO was a natural progression.  I am sure that Ann will exponentially contribute to our organization’s  future growth and success,” said Gary Klugiewicz, a Member and Founder at Vistelar.

After 22+ years of experience in the education arena, Ann is deeply invested in the connection between curiosity, motivation, innovation, learning, and leadership.  “I am honored and excited to have been selected to lead this amazing team,” Dr. Newman said. “From the moment I first participated in Vistelar programming, I was hooked on the core principle of treating people with dignity by showing respect.”

Ann graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1999 with distinction holding a double major in Education and Spanish in addition to a Masters’ Degree in Educational Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University (2002).  Ann also holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Leadership for the Advancement of Learning and Service from Cardinal Stritch University (2018), Dissertation title, “A Journey Down the Path of Curiosity: Exploring the Crossroads of Motivation Leading to Innovation,” ProQuest Dissertations Publishing, 2018, 10812665.
